Our team encompasses two inspector, Farren West, (inspecting 11 years-home/septic/pest) and Wade Holscher (inspection 4 years home/pest). We have completed 1000’s of inspections and continually study and do contractor ride alongs to ensure we stay on top of the system entering the industry.
Both Wade and I have completed technical inspection school training, completed 1000’s of inspections, continued education, are Washington State Licensed Inspectors (475 & 489).
Our reports are easy to read, easy to negotiate with and easy to follow for experience investors to first time home buyers. We provide a three ring binder with a home maintenance DVD, Technical Terms guide and a computerize report with photos.
