Key Inspection Services SMS/ MMS Terms and Conditions
Program Name and Product Description
The Key Inspection Services SMS and MMS Messaging Program is operated by Key Inspection Services.
By expressly opting in, subscribers agree to receive text messages directly from Key Inspection Services. Messages may include:
- Inspection appointment confirmations and reminders
- Scheduling updates
- Inspection-related service communications
- Information about inspection reports and report features
- Customer service messages
- Information about additional inspection services
- Promotional offers and marketing messages
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Users provide explicit consent to receive messages by opting in. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. The opt-in process references our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on scheduled services, customer interactions, communication preferences, and participation in promotional campaigns.

How to Opt Out
To stop receiving text messages from Key Inspection Services, reply STOP to any message.
After replying STOP, the subscriber may receive one final message confirming that the opt-out request has been processed. No additional text messages will be sent unless the subscriber later provides consent to receive messages again.
Other supported opt-out keywords include OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOP, STOPALL
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by the subscriber’s mobile carrier and wireless service plan.
Key Inspection Services does not charge subscribers a separate fee to participate in the messaging program.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy Policy
Information collected through the Key Inspection Services SMS and MMS Messaging Program is handled in accordance with the Key Inspection Services Privacy Policy:

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be shared with service providers that assist Key Inspection Services in operating and delivering the messaging program, but only as necessary to provide those services. These providers are not authorized to use mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Thermal Camera
- Limitations of a thermal camera:
- A thermal camera does not see through walls. The camera detects temperature differential which will alert the inspector to a problem such as a leak. If no temperature differential exists, the camera will not detect an issue.
- The camera will not be used to scan every portion of the home and we are not doing an energy efficiency evaluation on the home. The camera is only a tool that the inspector may or may not use in order to assist in the inspection or verify findings. The camera is utilized at the discretion of the inspector.
Pay at Close
- Pay the total fee for the inspection and the related inspection report(s) as a part of your closing costs.
- Your total inspection fee (including any add-ons), up to a maximum of $1,970, will be added to your escrow account as part of your closing costs.
- The backup payment method on file will be charged if payment is not received within 10 business days following the closing date on file or within 60 days of the inspection, whichever comes first.

Additional Offers
- Any coupons, discounts, or promotional offers may be voided at any time, must adhere to all required conditions, and cannot be combined with other offers.
